Food Introduction - “ 興德屏東夜市豆花(新莊輔大店)“

Summer is coming; I’d like to introduce a dessert restaurant which tofu pudding is really famous with all of you. The restaurant has really simple decoration, it’s  around Fu Jen campus, on the Alley 514 named “ 興德屏東夜市豆花(新莊輔大店)“

Each tofu pudding may have three different kinds of additions, each cost NTD $30, it really cheap and worth to have it; when the weather is getting cold, for sure you may order the hot tofu pudding, too. They also provide the ice shavings. The ice shaving without additions limited, it costs NTD $40 for each. 

The additions including Yu-circle, green bean, red been, vegetarian gelatin, pearl, flower beans and so on.

 

Here’s what I had that day. Tofu pudding with sweet flower beans, Yu-circle and pearl. I didn’t request too much sweet because I know their additions are sweet enough.

 

The restaurant open until almost 23pm, after the late class or study at school, having a bowl of cheap tofu pudding or ice shavings would be a good choice.

REDbeard 紅鬍子手工窯烤披薩

Today, I’m going introduce “REDbeard紅鬍子手工窯烤披薩” which is a very popular pizza

 

restaurant around Fu Jen Catholic University. 

 

 

After we come out from the Fu Jen Catholic University MRT station – exit 1, we need to walk

 

straight to the 7-11 and turn left to the Alley 514.  You will see it next to the new opening

 

pasta store.

REDbeard having 32 kinds of different fresh handmade pizza around NTD $135-190, after

the order, they made immediately. All the pizza with lots of fresh materials, they use the

tradition and special clay-baked, it just as traditional as American Style.

Also, you may have extra double cheese and drinks, they are all around NTD $30-50.

Due to we have lots of people gathering for it, each of us order one and share to other.

Here’s the Thai style of “Spicy chicken Pizza. It has spicy chicken, onion and cheese, simple

but really tasteful. 

Here’s the Italy style of “Smoked Chicken Pizza”. It has smoked chicken, mushroom and

cheese. The smoked chicken is soft and yummy.

Here’s the special one called “Roast Duck Breast Pizza”. It has roast duck breast, scallion

and cheese. I’m not really a fan of roast duck breast. Frankly, it’s not really attractive me

much. But my classmates like it.

Last, it’s my favorite one, also the vegetarian one. It’s called “Mozzarella Pizza”, surely it’s t

the simplest one, only Mozzarella cheese on the top of the pizza, but if you love cheese very

much, you can’t miss it.

Food Introduction - “13th American Dining Room”

I had dinner with one of my senior colleagues last Saturday around the school. It’s opposite the front door of Fu Jen Catholic University, which on Jiang Guo First Rd. The restaurant called “13^th American Dining Room”.

The restaurant’s style is between classical and modern design, it’s really simple. However, it’s bright, clean and comfortable.
 

The “13^th” is an American Style Restaurant; they offer pasta, hamburger, pizza, steak and so on. Basically, they have single meal with bread/fruits and drink, or two different kind of set of chosen. (Plus NTD $49 with soup and dessert, or plus NTD $79 with salad, soup and dessert.) If you would like to order the single drinks, each cost NTD $29 and that's for all you can drink.  

First, we ordered a cheese fries for sharing.

The American Fries on the hot iron plate with lots of melted cheese, it’s really yummy.

Then, here comes our salad, bread and soup. Although it just cost NTD $79, the salad with great lettuce and fruits; the bread with corn soup both are really tasty.

I ordered the “Fry chicken lag with pesto sauce baked rice”. The chicken lag didn't with much oil but big and great taste. Compare with the pasta, the rice after baked, it’s a little bit dry but still yummy. If you prefer single rice separated, this dish is great to recommend for you to try it out.

My senior colleagues ordered “Spicy seafood with tomato sauce pasta” It has clamshell, shrimp, squid, fish, mushroom and vegetable. The noodle tasted great with a little bit spicy sauce. If you prefer something spicy, we recommend trying it, we were really satisfied with this dish, hope so do you.
